Booking Policy
Payment Schedule
Final Payments for events are due a minimum of 120 days (4 months) before the scheduled event date.
- We include our policies in the service agreement for your review, before booking to ensure understanding and compliance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 120 days in advance for all events will be refunded excluding a $200 Cancellation fee. For All events cancelled less than 120 days, but more than 60 days before the event date will be refunded excluding a $300 Cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the scheduled event date will be refunded excluding a $400 Cancellation fee, due to the significant resources and time already invested in preparing for your event.
Payment Policy
Payments made prior to cancellations are refundable, minus a cancellation fee. In all instances the Cancellation and Booking policy will be followed and upheld.
