Booking PolicyKocktail Krew has a structured booking policy to ensure smooth planning and execution of your events. Final Payments for events are due a minimum of 120 days before the scheduled event date. We include our policies in the service agreement for your review, before booking to ensure understanding and compliance.

Deposit PolicyA deposit is required to secure your appointment for our bartending services. For service initiation, 50% of the total balance is due to reserve your date. Please be aware that in certain cases, deposits are non-refundable, especially if the cancellation does not occur within the specified time frame outlined in our policy (if cancelled 30 days or less prior to date). This deposit ensures that we can adequately prepare and commit our resources to make your event a success. Cancellation and Rescheduling PolicyCancellations: Cancellations made at least 120 days in advance for all events will be refunded excluding a $200 Cancellation fee. For All events cancelled less than 120 days, but more than 60 days before the event date will be refunded excluding a $300 Cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the scheduled event date will be refunded excluding a $400 Cancellation fee, due to the significant resources and time already invested in preparing for your event. Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule their event must notify Kocktail Krew at least 120 days prior to the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. Notification: Please call to confirm your date can be rescheduled, and Send us an email to follow up so we can do our best to accommodate your schedule.
